John Schoolmeesters is a cinematographer/editor based in the Twin Cities metro area of Minnesota. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a Bachelor of Individualized Studies in Media Production. He focuses on documentary and branded documentary filmmaking but pulls from past experiences ranging from surgical videography for the Mayo Clinic to product filmmaking.
He has a deep love for all things coffee and will never turn down a chance to nerd out about camera gear. Aside from filmmaking, he enjoys camping, painting, and eating one too many bowls of cereal.
